Tough poll. I felt everything Chris said and I've said here before how I actually saw every movie the way Keith says he sees every movie (and the way it sounds like Chris might see every movie) but the virus cured me. Sinners was the first movie in a long time I saw in a theater (Garden State Plaza, dual laser IMAX) and the first one in years that nothing annoying happened with the audience. I don't have a great set up at home, but I do have a cheap 4K TV and watch mostly everything on headphones and I feel shockingly fine about seeing parts of Brave New World while waiting in a Chinese restaurant before I even knew it was available at home. I would have run out of the place and down the street just in case 5 years ago. But of course, I wouldn't have had to, because I'd have seen it in a theater twice already.
Anyway, while I will be so mad at that person from the theater that messed with the credits when Keith has long forgotten about it, I guess I don't love it like that anymore but voting no still seems like a lie(max). |
